• ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS.
• Faux hair products are prohibited for returns by federal laws.
• All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of package to info@tonytail.com to receive authorization and RMA#. Return ship fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return products must be in perfect manufacturer’s condition (unworn, unopened, undamaged in any way) to be valid and received within 14 days. Invalid returns will not be accepted under any circumstance and will be returned to the customer at their cost. A 15% restock fee will be issued on returned products as well as shipping charges if Tonytail paid for the initial ship. Exchanges must be in perfect manufacturer’s condition and must be pre-approved. Shipping back to the customer must be paid by the customer.
• Please check the contents of your package immediately. ALL missing, defective, damaged or wrong products must be reported to info@tonytail.com within 5 days of receipt. No exceptions will be made.
• Defective products not covered under manufacturer warranty, incorrect products, or products damaged during shipment will be replaced immediately upon return of the damaged, defective or incorrect product with the exact identical or correct product. No credits will be applied to credit cards in this case. The only option is to receive the exact same product that was ordered as replacement.
• Tonytail Company will pay for all appropriate shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect products that are returned. Method and type of return shipping that is paid for by Tonytail Company must be pre-approved by Tonytail Company when Tonytail Company is responsible for any shipping costs.
• Missing items in orders will be shipped immediately upon notification to Tonytail Company via email to Customer Service (info@tonytail.com) by the customer, subject to product availability and investigation of the claim by Tonytail Company. Tonytail Company reserves the right to deny claims of missing items based on the results of our investigation.
• Missing items will be replaced with the identical item originally ordered with the cost of shipping to be provided by Tonytail. Under no circumstance will credits be applied to credit cards for missing items. Under no circumstances will we issue a cash or credit card refund. Choice of shipping method used to send any replacement or missing items will be at the discretion of Tonytail Company.
• In the case that product availability is an issue, at the discretion of Tonytail Company, a store credit for the missing items will be applied.
• To return your damaged or defective product send an e-mail to info@tonytail.com within 14 days and request a RMA#. Please specify your name and order number along with a detailed description of the damages. We will respond with a RMA# and shipping address during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
• Any product damaged after delivery, not as a result of a defect in manufacturing or design, is the customers responsibility. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given.
• Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a RMA# and no replacements will be shipped without prior authorization of return. Any products sent to Tonytail Company without an approved RMA# will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense. Any products returned that are described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. Any products returned as damaged or defective that are not actually damaged or defective will be returned to the customer at their full expense.
• Any products that are not defective, incorrect or damaged during shipment, that are returned to Tonytail Company with an approved RMA#, for whatever reason, where the initial shipping was paid for by Tonytail Company will have the cost of the original shipping charges deducted from the total return amount.
• Please note that while we do our very best to be prompt in our response, email is not always 100% dependable. If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please resend your email. We can not be responsible for any correspondence that is not received if the correct email address or contact information is not supplied to us.
• We can not accept returns on any hair accessory orders less than $20.00 unless the items fall under our defective item policy as defined in paragraph #1.
• If a customer refuses receipt of a package that they ordered or neglects to pick the package up at the Post Office after the US Postal Service has attempted delivery and returns the package to Tonytail Company - you will NOT receive a cash refund. Instead you will only receive a store credit for the base purchase price of the products.
• Tonytail Company reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse of the stated return policies and deny a refund if it is deemed that our policies have been abused.
• Please allow up to 14 business days after your package is receive at Tonytail Company for processing of your refund.
